Megan Savka, NP-C

Megan Savka, NP-C, is a board certified nurse practitioner who works alongside Dr. Daniel Kim at Indiana Spine Group. She has spent her entire nursing career, beginning in 2010, working in neurosurgery, which she is very passionate about. In her role as a nurse practitioner, she provides neurosurgical care for patients in all settings, including the operating room, the hospital and the outpatient office. She specializes in the care and treatment of patients with all types of spinal disorders. Her responsibilities include obtaining medical histories, conducting physical examinations, ordering and interpreting tests, first assisting with surgeries in the operating room, and caring for preoperative and postoperative patients in the office and the hospital.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, who live locally, as well as spending time outdoors whenever possible, hiking and being on the water.
