Justin W. Miller, M.D. is a highly skilled, board-certified, fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon. Dr. Miller’s fellowship consisted of 18 months of training with world-renowned spine surgeons Rick Sasso, M.D., Thomas Zdeblick, M.D., Paul Anderson, M.D., and Cliff Tribus, M.D.
Dr. Miller specializes in spinal disorders, such as: disc herniations, arthritic/degenerative processes, spinal stenosis, complex pediatric and adult kyphotic and scoliotic deformities, sports-related injuries, spondylolisthesis, myelopathy, infections, trauma, oncology, and revision surgeries. He has interests in minimally invasive spine surgery and cutting-edge spinal stealth navigation techniques, and has undergone extensive training in his field due to the complexity of spinal and neurologic disorders with a goal of providing the highest level of care to his patients.
Dr. Miller is co-investigator on a number of current studies with the Indiana Spine Group. Research interests include degenerative disc disease, infection prevention, lumbar stenosis, and osteoporosis, to mention a few.

I recently visited Dr Miller to discuss a Sciatica Nerve issue. After an attempt to eliminate the pain, w/a steroid... more back injection, I had minimal pain relief. Dr Miller suggested a Laminectomy/Spinal Decompression. I agreed to the surgery. The BEST decision I've ever made. Dr Miller called me, at home over the weekend, to check on my recovery process. After Physical Therapy I no longer suffer from the Sciatica Pain. It's gone! Thank you Dr Miller.

I want to let people know that Dr. Justin Miller is a wonderful doctor . I had surgery Feb 2026... more and not only did he help to relieve pain i had for 5 years, he check on my recovery on weekends. He has the best staff as well . They are all willing to put in the extra effort when you have questions or an issue. Dr. MILLER took time out of his busy schedule when i had an infection to help me get back on track do a debri of the area and put with an infectious disease doctor to get a handle on the infection . I was very blessed to find this group of medical professionals..Its now June 2026 and i can ride a stationary bike . Being able to walk for long periods of time with out pain in my back and down my legs.This has been a gift from Dr. MILLER and his STAFF (INDIANA SPINE GROUP. )

I’m hoping to share my story in case it helps! I was suffering debilitating sciatica, I showed up in their... more office unable to even sit in a chair. I was suffering with incredible pain that was progressing quickly. On the verge of tears, I shared my problems, and Dr. Miller listened so emphatically. I was fortunate to quickly qualify for a lumbar decompression surgery, and was very well informed and prepared on how recovery would feel. My experience in pre op and post op at the Indiana Spine Hosital was so personal, professional, and detailed. I felt very well cared for and personally noticed. Dr.Miller and his team were so great at communicating before and after surgery. My incision is so clean and healing incredibly well. I didn’t need any pain medication after one week post op and still don’t. Very grateful that I can now sit and drive, as I was completely debilitated before. This was life changing for me in every way. I feel like a new person. He sent me to Dr. Arbuckle who did a lumbar facet rizotomy which helped a lot. I just had my second treatment and my back hasn't been this free of pain in several years. Thanks for Dr. Miller for his no more surgeries approach if other methods work.
